Health and Well-being Coaching for 12 Months

Permanent, sustainable change takes time and commitment, so you need enough time to allow that to take shape. The 12 month program is for those who are ready to make radical changes in their life to overcome on-going health and well-being obstacles and setbacks. Together, we will bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. We will decipher your mind and body’s unique needs, create a specific blueprint of how to make the changes you want in order for you to move forward, and set personal goals that will result in sustainable, lifelong changes. This program includes:

  • A 60-90 minute initial session in the first few weeks

  • 30 - 60 minute coaching sessions for 12 months

  • email check-ins and support between sessions

This program includes discussion about key aspects of your health, from nutrition to physical activity, sleep patterns, stress management, relationships, self-esteem, and overall happiness. We will collaborate to focus on where you would like to experience the biggest improvements. Our starting point will begin with the skills and knowledge you have today, and use your strengths and expertise to set small, achievable goals that will help you make positive and lasting changes in the areas you’ve struggled with in the past. This step-by-step process is powerful and essential to creating new habits that will last a lifetime. Maintaining good health is a journey, and as your health and well-being coach, I promise to inspire, motivate, and empower you every step of the way.

Health and Well-being Coaching for 6 Months

Similar to the 12 month program, the 6 month program begins with a comprehensive review and exploration of your health and wellness history, goals, and aspirations. I will collaborate in the same way as the 12 month program, using a holistic approach to discover the habits and patterns currently impacting your overall health and well-being. Goal setting and action steps will be established to enable you to implement new strategies and experience measurable progress. The program includes:
